Jonathan Perry is a 1998 alumnus of UNC Charlotte and the University Honors Program. He is currently an Assistant District Attorney in the Union County District Attorney's Office specializing in complex litigation and fraud prosecution since 2005. In addition to the UNC Charlotte Honors College, he teaches courses in the Department of Economics and the Department of Political Science. He is also an adjunct faculty member of the Charlotte School of Law, where he teaches courses in Law & Economics and Antitrust Law, and South Piedmont Community College, where he teaches courses in Economics and Business Law. He has a Master's Degree in Economics (2003) and a Law Degree (2001) from UNC Chapel Hill and specialized in Industrial Organization, Game Theory, and Economic Development. He was admitted to both the Economics and Public Policy Ph.D. programs at UNC Chapel Hill, where he did work on economic impact studies and government regulation. He has been teaching courses on globalization, economics, game theory, politics, and supervising UHP and BHP student research projects since 2003.
